Rheumatoid arthritis can equally affect youngsters, and kids. Some of the early signs of Rheumatoid arthritis are tiredness, fatigue, pain, and inflamed joints. Being rich in water content, they will aid in the elimination of toxins from the body, whereas their antibacterial, and anti-inflammatory properties will reduce the symptoms of RA.

Yoga

Managing Rheumatoid arthritis with Ayurveda also involves performing yoga and meditation. A sedentary lifestyle is a major contributor to the development and progression of RA. The body requires a certain movement so that joints stay functioning and immobile. Lack of physical movement, or exercises makes the joints inflexible and stiff as a result they start paining when they are put into motion.
