China’s Shenzhou 18 manned spacecraft successfully landed

At 1:24 am on November 4th, the return capsule of the Shenzhou 18 manned spacecraft successfully landed at the Dongfeng landing site in China. On-site medical supervision and medical insurance personnel confirmed that Taikonauts Ye Guangfu, Li Cong, and Li Guangsu were in good physical condition.

In this manned flight mission, Chinese taikonauts conducted a series of scientific experiments and technological verifications in space.

Flight data and experience accumulation: Three taikonauts have stayed in orbit for 192 days.

During this period, two extravehicular activities were carried out, breaking the record for a single extravehicular activity time for Chinese taikonauts.

Space science experiment results: With close cooperation from ground researchers, a large number of space science experiments involving microgravity basic physics, space materials science, space life science, aerospace medicine, aerospace technology, and other fields have been completed

Promoting the construction and maintenance of the space station: We have completed the installation of space debris protection devices and multiple cargo removal tasks, and have carried out various tasks such as installation, debugging, maintenance, and repair of equipment inside and outside the space station.

Promotion of Aerospace Technology Development: In response to the requirements of space station missions, the layout and equipment of the return capsule have been optimized, and two additional installation spaces for downward payloads have been added, further enhancing its downward capability.

As a traditional space power, Russia congratulated and appreciated the successful landing of China’s Shenzhou 18 spacecraft.

Some American netizens have expressed recognition and admiration for China’s achievements in space exploration, while others are anxious about the safety of American astronauts in space, even jokingly saying, “Why don’t we beg China to bring our astronauts back?” Some people also call on the United States to pay more attention to technological innovation and education investment.

France, Germany, and other countries in Europe have expressed their concern and congratulations on the successful landing of Shenzhou 18. European media and experts have recognized China’s achievements in space station construction, space science experiments, and other areas, believing that China’s space technology has reached the world’s advanced level.

Many developing countries have expressed warm congratulations and admiration for the successful landing of China’s Shenzhou 18 manned spacecraft. These countries hope to engage in more cooperation and exchanges with China in the field of aerospace and enhance their technological level.

The successful landing of the Shenzhou 18 manned spacecraft once again proves China’s strong strength and technological level in the field of manned spaceflight and has made important contributions to the cause of human exploration of space.
