AKFA Group, one of the largest multi-sector industrial holdings in Uzbekistan, has officially entered the Gulf market. Its subsidiary, AKFA Plast, has shipped the first batch of PVC profiles to Qatar, marking a significant milestone in the company’s international expansion strategy.
The initial shipment to Doha represents the beginning of a broader effort to establish a strong presence across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region. In the coming months, AKFA Plast plans to expand its exports to key markets, including the United Arab Emirates, Oman, and Saudi Arabia.
The company’s entry into the Gulf market follows an extensive preparation phase, which involved adapting its product range to meet the region’s demanding climate conditions. AKFA Plast’s window and door systems have been engineered for enhanced heat resistance, UV stability, energy efficiency, and dimensional integrity under extreme temperature fluctuations. The products have also been certified to meet local regulatory standards.
